​David Fishbach has held numerous operational and executive roles in enterprise software and services for Life Sciences and Healthcare, with companies ranging from successful startups like Phase Forward Incorporated and Veeva Systems to well-known multinationals like The Dow Chemical Company and Oracle Corporation. He has held P/L responsibility, been through two IPOs, sat on both sides of due diligence, acquisition, and operational integration, and led several large, global teams in the delivery of software, services, and support for thousands of clinical trials, as well as global deployments of quality, safety, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory information management (RIM) systems. 

David has seen numerous customers’ reactions to the way that highly consultative, high-touch professional services relationships end abruptly after the software goes live, and he has come to believe that the transformation of the core process or stakeholder experience, rather than the software deployment, is the “real project.”  David founded the Operational Account Management and Customer Success function at Phase Forward, and expanded and led the same function for Oracle Health Sciences, always focused upon the axiom that powerful technology only will succeed when it is adopted with ease and enthusiasm.

David holds both a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a Certificate in Business Strategy: Achieving Competitive Advantage from Cornell University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).​He now helps successful or promising companies and leaders to enter new markets, survive their own growth, tune and scale operations, perform due diligence, plan and implement technology adoption, establish a culture and practice of customer success, and generally navigate through mission-critical periods of growth and change.
